DABY Foundation joins #BanSUPGh Coalition

DABY foundation has Joined a coalition to support the campaign against single-use plastics (SUPs) in Ghana. 

The #BanSUPGh Coalition is an initiative of the Ghana Youth Environmental Movement (GYEM) to mobilize support for the #BanSUPGh campaign. 

The campaign seeks to call on the Government of Ghana to ban single-use plastics and invest in research to develop locally available sustainable alternatives.
The Coalition comprises organizations and individuals that align to a shared vision of using legislation to address the impacts of pollution caused by SUPs.

As a member of the Coalition, We will be educating kids on the harmful effect of single-use plastics on the environment, effective plastic waste management, and the available replacements to SUPs.
We will also champion the voice of the kids in any policy that the government of Ghana will formulate to Ban the use of Single-use plastics.
